The role of our Front Office Agent (Beach House)
The Front Desk Agent is required to maximize and exceed guest’s satisfaction by providing highly personalized, efficient, anticipatory, and responsive service with attention to detail. Take ownership and management of the guests in villas assignment including supervising, assisting and ensuring the guest's every need is met.
Key Qualifications and Experience
- Highly organized, results-oriented with the ability to be flexible and work well under pressure.
- High level of customer service
- Demonstrate initiative and strong problem-solving skills
- Exceptional quantity and quality of work
- Develop high quality relationships with guests throughout their stay.
- Proficiency in the role at required level.
- Conversant with relevant emergency procedures.
- Knowledge of relevant rules and regulations.
- Knowledge of the company, hotel, and its environment.
- Knowledge of relevant safety and security procedures.
- English language requirements met or exceeded.
