Inspired by Grenada’s spice heritage, this year’s festive program weaves the island’s most beloved traditions into an immersive holiday journey. Begin mornings at the Chef’s Spice Market, gather for the Black Cake Flambe Ceremony — a Grenadian Christmas ritual brought to life tableside. Sip spice-infused cocktails and cocoa tea.
CELESTIAL SPICE: UNDER THE CARIBBEAN STARS
On the final night of the year, the Spice Isle looks upward. The same spices that travelled the world by sea now meet the stars above Grand Anse. Warmth of nutmeg. Heat of clove. Glow of turmeric. Set beneath a Caribbean sky lit in gold constellations for a night to remember. Constellation projections illuminate walls and pool surface. Gold dust detailing adorns the menus. Hanging star lanterns frame the evening before fireworks over the Caribbean Sea.
